Blue Crump brings a breadth of construction knowledge & Caribbean development experience as the CEO of Latitude Builders, the partnered luxury homebuilder for Jack’s Bay. He previously served as Managing Partner for Island Builders, where he led new construction & rebuilding efforts at Bakers Bay in Abaco for nearly five years. Blue is a partner & Founder of Coastline Cabinets, a luxury millwork & cabinetry firm with locations in Richmond, Virginia & Las Vegas, Nevada.

Working in all aspects of commercial & residential construction, Mr. Crump founded and served as CEO of Urban Grid Solar, one of the largest solar developers in the eastern coast of the US. His leadership provides the foundation for Latitude Builders’ innovative approach and ambitious growth plan. He received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Design from Virginia Tech and a Masters of Product Innovation from the Virginia Commonwealth University’s da Vinci Center for Innovation; where he was later asked to serve as the Director of Design leading all graduate & undergraduate education in entrepreneurship and venture creation.

Blue’s approach to growth in luxury resort development is steeped in forward-thinking construction methods. He values client communication as a core tenet of construction.
